Chick flicks. The movies about the perfect, misunderstood female just looking for love in a world full of inadequate men. The women are innocent, closed off women who have been hurt before, and they always find a man who is "different" that can help them learn to trust; To open their heart (and legs) again.
Sure, women are often cheated on, treated badly, used as things and objectified. We're told that we're clingy crazy psychos with time bombs on our uterus. It can get frustrating. But women don't often ever realize just how bad WOMEN are, and boy they can be bad.
I have a lot of male friends who have trouble with women. I learned a long time ago that they don't often know the hard truth about women, and it's no use to lie to them about how the girl was probably not lying about her athletic, muscular "Cousin" or how she did just get out of a relationship and all the casual sex she's having is "just a phase." Men don't know a lot about women, and hopefully I can help provide some enlightenment.
